Itinerary:

Day 1: From Latacunga we head to the Cotopaxi National Park in a 4x4 vehicle arriving at the Limpiopungo lagoon (3800m). The climb to the summit of the Rumiñahui volcano takes about 5 hours, reaching about 4800m. Then we descend to the lagoon and return to Latacunga.
